What we are about

Focus 1: Worship

Worship is more than singing songs on a Sunday—it is the overflow of a heart transformed by God. Jesus teaches that true worshipers “worship the Father in spirit and in truth” (John 4:23–24), meaning worship is not a style, a sound, or a location, but a Spirit-enabled, Christ-centered way of life. Archbishop William Temple beautifully described worship as the surrender of our entire being to God—our conscience awakened by His holiness, our minds nourished by His truth, our imagination purified by His beauty, our hearts opened to His love, and our will aligned to His purpose. At our church, worship is the joyful response of people who have been changed from the inside out.

Focus 2: Instruction

We believe disciples are formed through intentional, balanced instruction in God’s Word. Jesus spent three and a half years teaching His followers because discipleship requires guidance, clarity, and truth. Scripture declares that all of God’s Word is “useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness” so that every believer is equipped for good works (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Through faithful teaching to children, youth, young adults, and adults, we help people stretch their wings and rise into the life God has designed for them.

Focus 3: Fellowship

We are created for more than friendly interactions—we are created for covenant community. True fellowship means belonging to a family where we carry one another’s burdens, encourage one another, and grow together in love. Hebrews 10:24–25 calls us to “spur one another on toward love and good deeds” and to remain committed to gathering together. In a world marked by isolation, we choose connection. We build relationships that strengthen faith, offer accountability, and remind every person that they are not walking this journey alone

Focus 4: Evangelism

Jesus looked at the crowds and was moved with compassion because they were “harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd” (Matthew 9:36). That same compassion fuels our mission today. Evangelism for us is not pressure—it is love in action. We reach out with mercy, meeting practical needs, serving the vulnerable, and demonstrating God’s kindness. And we reach out with the message, sharing the hope of Jesus Christ with clarity, grace, and boldness. Our heart is to see lives transformed by the gospel, one person at a time.
